Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following methods are accepted for depositing funds at j9app: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and BRAC Bank).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for each method).
• Deposited funds must come only from the account holder's own payment method.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Standard processing time: 10–45 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a verified account and to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawal requests may be pending until active bonus wagering requirements are met.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended if verification is pending.

4.3 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). No currency conversion facility is currently available.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible for a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000.
• Deposit ৳16,000 → bonus ৳15,000 (maximum) → total balance ৳31,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20x (on the bonus amount only). Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 20 = ৳40,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Usage Rules

• Bonuses are single-use only and are non-transferable.
• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts will result in immediate account cancellation.
• j9app reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the bonus program at any time.
• If evidence of bonus abuse or manipulation is found, the bonus and related winnings will be voided.

Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play

6.2 Technical Errors
